The Hyatt Regency Chicago enjoys a prime location near iconic attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff demonstrated exceptional care, especially during emergencies, which truly made our experience memorable. However, the room cleanliness didn't quite meet my expectations, and parking can be quite a hassle. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for improvement.
